Run the game from Discord

The Game bot registers commands so staff can run the game from Discord. The Discord account using a command must be on the panel’s staff list, and each command needs the same permission as that action in the panel: someone who can’t revive in game can’t revive from Discord either.

If your Discord client is in Turkish, the commands show their Turkish names (/çevrimiçi, /oyuncu, /oyundan-at, /oyundan-banla, /canlandır, /para…).

Start typing in the player field and a list opens; picking from it is safest. You can also type:

  • a server ID (12 or #12),
  • a citizen ID,
  • a Discord ID or <@id>,
  • the character’s name (if more than one player matches, the bot lists them for you to pick).

Revive, heal, kill, freeze, teleport, kick and screenshots need the player in game. Jobs, gangs, money, vehicles, items and warnings also work when the player is offline: if the framework supports it they’re written to the saved character and the player sees them on joining. Bans and ban info work by Discord ID even with the server off.

In the panel, Bot configuration → Game bot → Commands:

  • Turn each command on or off; a command you turn off is removed from Discord’s list.
  • Who sees them: by default only members who can time out others; or everyone. This is visibility only, permission always comes from the panel. To set it role by role, open Server Settings → Integrations → the game bot on Discord.
  • Who sees the reply: only the person using the command (default) or everyone in the channel. Refusals and errors always go only to the person who used the command.

Every use is written to the Fiveops log and also reaches the Game bot’s log channel. The action itself (revive, money, ban…) shows in its in-game log with the staff member’s name and Via: Discord. Lookups, unauthorized attempts and actions that couldn’t be done are also logged under the Player category.
