License key

Buy: on fiveops.app press Buy under the period you want, enter your e-mail and pay. If you are signed in to the panel, the same is under Buy a license in the menu. The key (fo_live_…) is shown on screen once and sent to that e-mail. Copy it before you close the window.
Activate: on panel.fiveops.app open Activation → New server, enter a name and the key (fo_live_…). The license period starts now. Then put the same key in license.txt.
One key, one server. Each key can be activated once.
Keep the key. Fiveops does not store it in full. The owner can see it on the in-game dashboard’s License card.
Periods: 1, 3 or 6 months, no auto-renewal. A server can hold at most 7 months.
Trial keys run for a set number of days and only open a new server; they can’t extend one. When the trial server is extended with a purchased key, the time is added to what is left of the trial.
Extend: enter a new key on Activation → Extend. The time is added to what is left.
Keys from referral credit run for a set number of days (7 to 180). They open a new server or extend one, like a purchased key.

Referral credit

The Referrals page is in the panel menu, above your servers. You don’t need a server to use it.

Your code: the page shows your code (FO…) and share link. Whoever buys with it gets a discount on their first purchase.
Earning: when they use that key on a server (new or extended), the days shown on the page are added to your balance. Buying with your own code (same Discord account or e-mail) and purchases by someone who bought before don’t count.
Credit builds up. Example: with 57 days you can create a 7-day key now and a 50-day key later.
Create a license: pick at least 7 days and press Create license. The days come off your balance and the key appears under Keys you created. Copy it, press Activate to use it on your own server, or give it to someone. A used key stays in the list as used.
Chargebacks: if the card holder disputes a payment, the days from that sale come off your balance, which can go below zero. New credit pays that back first. Keys you already created keep working.
Account activity lists every day earned, turned into a key and taken back by a chargeback.

Notifications

The owner, and staff who can manage the server’s settings, are notified:

7 days and 1 day before the license ends, and when it ends;
7 days and 1 day before the data is deleted.

Notifications show in the web panel (the bell in the top bar) and, while you are in game, in the Fiveops menu. Fiveops maintenance and change announcements arrive there too.

When it expires

What	What happens
Discord bots	Stop within about a minute.
Connection to Fiveops	Closed when the license ends (at most a few minutes later).
Game server	Keeps running; players can still join.
Join checks	Use the local copies in the resource folder: `bans.json`, `whitelist.json` and `settings.json` (ban messages and other game settings). They are not deleted or emptied.
Whitelist	If it is on, only Discord accounts that have joined before can join.
Fiveops menu, logs, Discord sync	Do not work until you extend.
Web panel	Stays open so you can extend. It shows the date your data will be deleted.

The console prints once:

[fiveops] The Fiveops license has expired; the Fiveops connection is closed and the server keeps running with its local ban and whitelist copies. Renew it on the panel and it reconnects on its own.

The resource then quietly retries every 5 minutes. Extend the license on Activation → Extend; it reconnects on its own, without a restart, and prints The Fiveops license was renewed; reconnected. Console lines follow your log language.

Data deletion

30 days after the license ends all of the server’s data at Fiveops is deleted: panel data, logs, player records, ban records, tickets and their attachments, session and death recordings, bot tokens.
Extend within these 30 days and nothing is deleted.
Once deletion has started the server can no longer be extended. Use the new key for a new server (Activation → New server).
Your own files stay. The files in the resource folder and your game database are on your server; Fiveops does not touch them.
Ticket attachments are kept for 3 days, then deleted.
To close your account sooner, write to support@fiveops.app; Fiveops deletes it for you.

No key after payment

Activation errors

Message	Fix
Key not found	Check the characters (case-sensitive).
This key has already been used	Each key works once; your server is on the overview.
This goes over the time limit	Enter it later, or use it for a new server.
Trial keys can’t extend a server	Use a purchased key, or open a new server with it.
You can’t manage this server’s license	Ask the owner, or give them the key.
Your session has expired	Sign in again; the key was not used.
Too many attempts	Wait a minute.
We can’t activate right now / Couldn’t connect	Try again later; a key is applied only once.
We couldn’t read this key’s duration	Contact support.
